100% Aluminium 6061 T6
Our frames are made of highest quality aluminum-magnesium and silicon alloy – Alu 6061, characterized by high mechanical durability and great processing properties. Welding process is followed by heat treating process –T6 (dispersion-strengthening). This process provides our frames with unmatched fatigue strength.

100% Aluminium 7005 T6
Since the japanese Zero fighter it’s one of the most commonly used material in aviation industry. Combination of aluminum, zinc and magnesium gives an alloy characterized by high durability and rigidity. It requires complicated mechanical processing, but treated with T6 ‘therapy’ becomes almost perfect.


Pure Cro-Mo 4130
Serious material for serious riders. After all, this it what AK-47 is made of. Chromium-molybdenum steel alloy is much more durable than HI-TEN steel alloy. Cro-Mo 4130 steel ha one of the highest strength to weight ratio, which is the reason why it is used in elements which have to handle stretching, bending and the heaviest loads. After heat treating process it can handle almost everything!

Hydroformed Tubing
Hydrodynamic forming is one of the most interesting technologies utilized in bicycle industry. The final shape is obtained using a liquid forced under high pressure. It allows to create variously shaped frame tubes. As a result we get truly original looks and appealing strength properties.

CNC monoblock
Crucial elements of our frames are made using computer controlled machine tools, which cut elements out of solid, hardened aluminum blocks, with incomparable precision. This process ensures unmatched strength and great shaping properties.
