| It’s passion that drives us to creation of every new frame. Every time a new race is bred, we have to pick out the best genes. We begin with a concept and initial drafts. Usually few of there’s few of them and they differ in geometry, tubing type and sometimes in structural foundation as well. We analyze all your expectations thoroughly and we choose those solutions, which suit them the best. A 3D model is created and after that we make the first prototype.This first and only frame becomes a subject of static tests and subsequently we put in hands of our demanding test-pilots. In the mean time, stylists and designers work on the image of our new product. After 6 months of testing our frame is profoundly analyzed to check whether the concept is fit for the purpose. This analysis’ outcome is a base for alterations in material and construction. Final geometry tuning is always carried out according to our riders opinions.In the second stage of the production process we create few prototypes and hand them over to DunCon Team riders, who after three months decide whether the frame is ready. This is when the final looks of the frame is designed and the word about the new Duncon frame is spread. Mass production takes place in Taiwanese factories, where most of the top bicycle manufacturers create their products. All the way from the chemical formulae to the final product, the process is carried under Duncon inspectors’ careful sight. At the beginning of the mass production, the factory is inspected by our representative, who checks if the product is corresponds with the project. If it gets his approval, the production is set at full speed and our frames are sent on a month-long cruise to Poland. Here at Duncon Headquarters, frames undergo the final control process, which examine the welding quality, geometry accordance and aesthetic attributes. And before we set our doggies on the trip to their owners, we provide them with a health certificate and a promise of loyalty. We give our best, so you can enjoy the choice you’ve made and be sure that you’ve got the bike you deserve ; )
